Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they remain secure during transit.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at the nearest carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
